This article describes steps you can take to troubleshoot accessing your account.
Not receiving emails?
If you are not receiving emails here are some steps you can take:
- Make sure your administrator added the correct email address for your account. Ensure there are no typos, spaces or other issues in the email that was added.
- Check your junk and spam mail, sometimes emails from Indikor maybe marked as spam or junk especially if it is the first time you are receiving an email from Indikor.
- Ensure you do not have an internal filter or firewall that may be blocking you from receiving emails from outside your domain or network. If you require assistance, please contact your IT professional or Help Desk for assistance. Note: You can let them know that noreply@indikor.com is a known and safe sender which only sends notifications from Indikor.
- If none of these approaches have succeeded please contact your email provider for assistance.
Issues Confirming Email or Password Reset
- Make sure your email is correct when confirming your email. It needs to match the same email the notification was sent to.
- Make sure it has not been 7 days since you last received the email. Confirmation and resetting passwords expire after 7 days.
- If you are entering a password ensure that it is at least 8 characters long and has at least one upper case character and one number. In addition, we strongly recommend adding a symbol to your password for security.
